TMEM130

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM130 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,837 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM130-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFEMP1, SYNPO, and LTBP2. Each is linked with TMEM130 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM130-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM130 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM130 versus EFEMP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM130→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM130) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
