TMEM129

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM129 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM129-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, SPATS2, and ZSCAN18. Each is linked with TMEM129 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM129-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM129 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM129 versus CTBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM129→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM129) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
