TMEM129

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM129 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM129-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG17, CLDND2, and SIGLEC16. Each is linked with TMEM129 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM129-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM129 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAG17 grouped by TMEM129-low versus TMEM129-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM129→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM129) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
