TMEM128

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM128 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 201 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM128-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-22, PGAP2, and NOCT. Each is linked with TMEM128 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM128-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-22 grouped by TMEM128-low versus TMEM128-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM128→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
