TMEM128

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM128 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,992 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM128-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCEE, PECR, and RHOU. Each is linked with TMEM128 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM128-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM128 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM128 versus MCEE in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM128→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM128) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
