Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM127 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,070 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM127-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, SPCS2, and MDN1_S4752. Each is linked with TMEM127 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM127-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM127 results are reported.
