TMEM126A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM126A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM126A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, DNAH7, and DOCK2. Each is linked with TMEM126A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM126A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM126A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by TMEM126A-low versus TMEM126A-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM126A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM126A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
