TMEM123

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM123 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,244 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM123-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL5, MANEA, and MAGT1. Each is linked with TMEM123 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM123-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM123 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM123 versus CUL5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM123→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM123) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
