Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM123 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,728 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM123-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Regulation of protein monoubiquitination, and Positive regulation of protein monoubiquitination. Each is linked with TMEM123 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM123-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM123 results are reported.
