TMEM115

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM115 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,341 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM115-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCAF1, RRBP1, and CRELD2. Each is linked with TMEM115 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM115-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM115 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM115 versus DCAF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM115→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM115) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
