Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM115 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM115-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Endosomal transport, and Protein localization to endosome. Each is linked with TMEM115 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM115-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM115 results are reported.
