TMEM11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSWIM7, DHRS7B, and CENPI. Each is linked with TMEM11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM11-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM11 versus ZSWIM7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
