TMEM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02151, RPL31P9, and H4C12. Each is linked with TMEM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM11-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02151 grouped by TMEM11-low versus TMEM11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
