TMEM109

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM109 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,754 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM109-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, CAPN1, and ILK. Each is linked with TMEM109 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM109-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM109 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM109 versus RAI14 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM109→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM109) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
