TMEM104

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM104 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,464 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM104-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNDC9, MAST4_S1523, and NPLOC4. Each is linked with TMEM104 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM104-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM104 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM104 versus TXNDC9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM104→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM104) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
