TMEM104

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM104 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM104-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP9, EIF4EBP2P1, and RNU6-344P. Each is linked with TMEM104 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM104-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM104 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPP9 grouped by TMEM104-low versus TMEM104-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM104→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM104) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
