Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM104 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,976 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM104-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with TMEM104 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM104-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM104 results are reported.
