TMEM104

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM104 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM104-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, DDX54, and OR5C1. Each is linked with TMEM104 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM104-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM104 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by TMEM104-low versus TMEM104-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM104→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM104) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
