TMEM102

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM102 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,379 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM102-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKFY1, KIF1C, and YWHAE. Each is linked with TMEM102 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM102-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM102 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM102 versus ANKFY1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM102→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM102) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
