Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM102 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,936 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM102-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB3IP, ETS1, and CCM2. Each is linked with TMEM102 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM102-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM102 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM102 versus RAB3IP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM102→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM102) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
