TMEM101

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM101-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830, HEXIM1, and IGF1R. Each is linked with TMEM101 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM101-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM101 versus ZNF830 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
