Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM101 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,364 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM101-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A39, FBF1, and RECQL5. Each is linked with TMEM101 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM101-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM101 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM101 versus SLC25A39 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
