TMEM101

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM101 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM101-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4507, MIR4510, and RPS12P15. Each is linked with TMEM101 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM101-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4507 grouped by TMEM101-low versus TMEM101-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM101→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
