TMEM100

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,540 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM100-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM100_S121, SORBS1, and SYNPO. Each is linked with TMEM100 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM100-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM100 versus TMEM100_S121 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM100→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
