Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM100 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,965 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM100-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDNRB, BMP5, and TEK. Each is linked with TMEM100 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM100-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM100 versus EDNRB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM100→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
