TMEM100

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM100 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,018 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM100-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPIPB15, ACOT7, and RNU6-582P. Each is linked with TMEM100 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM100-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPIPB15 grouped by TMEM100-low versus TMEM100-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM100→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
