TMEFF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEFF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,624 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEFF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, CAVIN2_S293, and CAVIN2_S288. Each is linked with TMEFF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TMEFF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEFF2 versus CAVIN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
