Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEFF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,919 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, YPEL1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with TMEFF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TMEFF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEFF2 versus SPECC1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
