TMEFF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEFF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM235, IQCF6, and OR12D2. Each is linked with TMEFF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TMEFF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM235 grouped by TMEFF2-low versus TMEFF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
