TMED8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,203 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, CASP4, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with TMED8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED8-to-partner and partner-to-TMED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED8 versus UBR7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
