TMED8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,933 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED8-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR7, LIN52, and VTI1B. Each is linked with TMED8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED8-to-partner and partner-to-TMED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED8 versus UBR7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
