TMED8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,913 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED8-associated genes across cancer lineages are YLPM1, ALKBH1, and CIPC. Each is linked with TMED8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED8-to-partner and partner-to-TMED8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED8 versus YLPM1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
