TMED7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,763 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3S1, APC_S2449, and NUCB1. Each is linked with TMED7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED7-to-partner and partner-to-TMED7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED7 versus AP3S1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
