TMED7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSCB, RN7SL134P, and LINC01241. Each is linked with TMED7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED7-to-partner and partner-to-TMED7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSCB grouped by TMED7-low versus TMED7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
