Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,418 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with TMED7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED7-to-partner and partner-to-TMED7 results are reported.
