TMED7-TICAM2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED7-TICAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,150 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED7-TICAM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Negative regulation of IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response, and Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with TMED7-TICAM2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED7-TICAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TMED7-TICAM2 results are reported.
