TMED6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLV1-44, IGLV3-16, and IGHV3-64. Each is linked with TMED6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED6-to-partner and partner-to-TMED6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLV1-44 grouped by TMED6-low versus TMED6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
