TMED6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,425 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIP7, DDX19A, and TERF2. Each is linked with TMED6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED6-to-partner and partner-to-TMED6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED6 versus NIP7 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
