Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,212 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMED5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARG, PALLD, and BHLHA15. Each is linked with TMED5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED5-to-partner and partner-to-TMED5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED5 versus RARG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
