Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,618 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMED5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY3P11, RNU6-647P, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with TMED5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED5-to-partner and partner-to-TMED5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY3P11 grouped by TMED5-low versus TMED5-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
