TMED5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with TMED5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED5-to-partner and partner-to-TMED5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by TMED5-low versus TMED5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
