Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,880 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Cytosol to Golgi apparatus transport, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with TMED5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED5-to-partner and partner-to-TMED5 results are reported.
