TMED3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,336 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN2, AKAP13_S983, and SPINT1. Each is linked with TMED3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED3-to-partner and partner-to-TMED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED3 versus RCN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
