TMED3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,090 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP4, PPIB, and PPIC. Each is linked with TMED3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED3-to-partner and partner-to-TMED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED3 versus CKAP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
