TMED3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1C1, BNIP3P35, and MIR6749. Each is linked with TMED3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED3-to-partner and partner-to-TMED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1C1 grouped by TMED3-low versus TMED3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
