TMED3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Neutrophils, Erythrocytes, and Osteoblast. Each is linked with TMED3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED3-to-partner and partner-to-TMED3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neutrophils grouped by TMED3-low versus TMED3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
