TMED2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,469 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN11, AACS, and PYM1. Each is linked with TMED2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED2-to-partner and partner-to-TMED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED2 versus PTPN11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
