TMED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SURF6P1, RNA5SP181, and MIR6859-3. Each is linked with TMED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED2-to-partner and partner-to-TMED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SURF6P1 grouped by TMED2-low versus TMED2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
