Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tcm, Erythrocytes, and Sebocytes. Each is linked with TMED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED2-to-partner and partner-to-TMED2 results are reported.
