Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,214 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with TMED2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED2-to-partner and partner-to-TMED2 results are reported.
